Especially since we were doing a fast house hunt & purchase on a very short time frame. Kelly made it all happen with no hassle and enjoyable through the whole sale process. Kelly is the best agent out there. She knows her clients, and knows exactly what to look for in a house. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone in the market for a house or property. She is very knowledgeable in housing locations, with regards to busy streets and or railroad noise etc., best school districts, and overall what house suits your basic needs and wants. She is terrific at negotiations, and knows exactly what to ask for before and during closing. Kelly is the not only a great agent, she is a outstanding person. We can't thank her enough for all her hard work she put into getting the house of our dreams.
