Kelly was instrumental in finding our new home, as we were moving from out of state. Working with her was great. After visiting a few homes together, we knew we were in good hands. I never imagined that we would make an offer and buy a home through FaceTime. It was only possible because we were supported by an experienced and trustworthy realtor.

I can't say enough good things about the Crowe Team. Kelly and Desiree were really hands on and helped me through every step of the selling process. The most helpful thing they did was lean in when I found myself juggling work, family and business travel all while trying to sell my condo. Desiree guided me through a complicated process of home fixes while I ran through LaGuardia. She even met the handyman in my absence to make sure the work was done to perfection. I don't know what I would have done without her!The Crowe Team helped guide me towards making smart decisions but also understood my specific circumstances with kindness and grace.
