Kelly showed us many homes before we found the right one. It was a short sale, and Kelly explained to us the pros and cons of a short sale. She stayed on top of everything and promptly informed us what was happening. She guided us on what the next steps were and what we needed to do. I would highly recommend Kelly.

Kelly's pre-sale advice and negotiating expertise enabled us to sell our house in a week in a tough market. The other houses on the street are still for sale. She is very familiar with the area which helped greatly in setting a realistic price for the house. We recommend her highly.

I will try keeping this short and sweet. Kelly is amazing. She is not pushy and great to work with. She really took her time helping us find our first home, and made sure that all of our needs were met. She took us through re-sale value, escrow, DIY potential, school district, and other things that most first time home buyers are a bit clueless about. Kelly always answered my questions with kindness and respect…even if I had to ask her to walk me through things like a toddler. Her availability is second to none; she was always in contact back within 24 hours at most. In the end we found a house we love, right on target with our budget. Also Kelly has amazing contacts; she referred us to a mortgage broker as wonderful as herself, a home inspector, a lawyer, and even plumbers and contractors. Kelly seems to know everyone you would need to buy/fix/inspect/maintain a home; and they are all very honest and reputable people. The Bottom Line is this: some people say “I really care about my clients” and do not practice what they preach. Kelly is not one of those people. She cares deeply about her clients and does anything she can to help. I can say honestly that whenever we trade up for our next home, we will call Kelly to sell it and help us buy a new one. Her availability is second to none; she was always in contact back within 24 hours at most. In the end we found a house we love, right on target with our budget!
