Kelly Crowe from Baird & Warner -St. Charles:Kelly was able to direct us into the perfect area for us in the 2 towns we were considering moving to. She considered our top "must haves" and never tried to get us to compromise on what we were looking for. She was patient and quickly caught on to our tastes and preferences for our ideal new home. She was instrumental in guiding us in the home buying process with negotiating details we were not knowledable in or comfortable with. Our only regret with working with Kelly is that we didn't ask her for a mortgage broker referral. The home inspector and pest inspector companies she obtained for us were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Kelly was the one shining star in the team of professionals we put together for our new home aquisition. Wish everyone on the team was as professional, knowledgeable and expert in their respective fields as Kelly was. Definitely a 5 star realtor to us!
