Kelly helped us buy our first home, 12 years ago, and was so kind and helpful, that we were happy to work with her again, when we were ready to sell that home and move to a larger one. She made great suggestions on how to get our place ready to sell (without overdoing it or spending a lot), and helped us find and coordinate services to get it done. It worked, and we got a good offer shortly after listing! When it came to house hunting, she understood our vision of what we were looking for, and kept us on track to find it. The market was moving fast, and we hit a few bumps, but she was always available throughout the challenging moments to guide us and keep the process moving. We ended up finding a home we love, and we thank her for all her help!! I would definitely recommend working with Kelly for your real estate needs!

I was frequently out of town during the preparation of my home for sale and Kelly was always willing to help get someone into the house when I couldn't be there. She would also put me in touch with people to get repairs made or inspections completed in a timely fashion.Kelly knows the local market extremely well; my home had an offer a day before it went on the market, because Kelly gave me great ideas to prep my home and she priced it right.I can't say enough good things about Kelly's work ethic and dedication to making the entire selling process easy.

We did our research in picking a realtor and it REALLY paid off! Kelly was on top of every aspect of our home search and purchase process. Kelly was fast to respond to our inquires, knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in (we were shopping from out of state), and made it a point to accommodate our travel schedules. Kelly is also an awesome negotiator and was super helpful walking us through the buying process and answering our closing questions. Kelly is just the VERY best!! (And we LOVE our new home!)

Kelly was the real estate agent for two of my friends in Wayne. Both of their homes sold quickly and both were very positive about their experience with Kelly. Wayne can be a tricky place to sell a home. Kelly knows Wayne and the market. She knows how to price, stage and market houses to sell. Kelly will answer any questions you have immediately. She has an extensive list of home improvement professionals that she provides if you need to do repairs or improvements. She guides you in the priority of those improvements. We had been house hunting for nearly 5 months before switching agents to Kelly based on several of our friends recommendations. In hindsight, this was by far the best decision we could have made. When we finally found what we were looking for, Kelly literally dropped everything and put together an offer letter in under 30 minutes. There was no way I was going to let this house slip away and Kelly made sure that it didn't. Kelly is insightful and patient; not pushy and full of buzz words. She kept us on track and wasn't afraid to remind us of what our initial goal was, or other important considerations such as school quality or highway noise. She is also highly respected by her peers. We had a bad experience with our previous agent and our attorney recommended finding a new agent. When we told him who we were going with the first thing out of his mouth was "I'm so happy to hear that. Love, Love, Love, Kelly! You're absolutely in great hands." He was right, we were.
