Although my home was well maintained and in a desirable neighborhood, the size and layout of the rooms were challenging so it was on the market for a while. I needed to move before the house sold and Kelly not only looked in on it frequently, but also recommended a plumber and a heating repairman for some minor problems that arose. She chased down several leads until she found a couple who absolutely loved the charm of my older house.

My wife and I had never bought a house before and were quite nervous, but working with Kelly made the process seem so simple. The good news is Kelly helped us to quickly buy our "forever" home, the bad news is she did such a good job that we'll probably never be in the market to buy a home again.I would 100% recommend anyone work with Kelly when buying or selling a home. Another absolutely invaluable benefit that Kelly brings to her clients is the team of professionals she works with and recommends ( lawyer, mortgage broker, home inspector, etc. etc.). Kelly Crowe from Baird & Warner -St. Charles:Kelly was able to direct us into the perfect area for us in the 2 towns we were considering moving to. She considered our top "must haves" and never tried to get us to compromise on what we were looking for. She was patient and quickly caught on to our tastes and preferences for our ideal new home. She was instrumental in guiding us in the home buying process with negotiating details we were not knowledable in or comfortable with. Our only regret with working with Kelly is that we didn't ask her for a mortgage broker referral. The home inspector and pest inspector companies she obtained for us were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Kelly was the one shining star in the team of professionals we put together for our new home aquisition. Wish everyone on the team was as professional, knowledgeable and expert in their respective fields as Kelly was. Definitely a 5 star realtor to us!

She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. We had a excellent showing with many potential buyers and we ended up with a very good offer. Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Kelly Crowe as someone to help sell one's home. I contacted Kelly on a Saturday afternoon, wanting to list my condo for sale. By Saturday night she had my place listed. On Sunday I had one showing, likewise one more each on Monday and Tuesday. She called on Wednesday to say that I had an offer, which I accepted that night. Four days on the market and sold--amazing! Kelly has a wonderful understanding of the local market. She guided me through all of the steps in the selling process and was always available to answer my questions. What a great realtor!

Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and persistent in trying to sell my town home. She was also always incredibly responsive and easy to reach which I also appreciated. Kelly was never afraid to have the tough conversations with me about what we needed to do in order to sell my home. She was very friendly but I always felt like her top priority was always to sell my house. This is what I look for in a realtor. I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly Crowe.
