Kelly was great to work with. We were first time home buyers and were looking everywhere in the western suburbs from Elmhurst South to Lemont and West to Aurora. Kelly's schedule was very flexible and would meet us on short notice if we found a house we wanted to see. During the showings she was very involved and was honest when we asked her thoughts on things. During the home inspection she was right there the whole time to tell us what was serious and what wasn't. She was also very involved during the closing. A few weeks after closing she left a nice gift at our door! Kelly comes highly recommended.

My adult daughter and I had the great good fortune of first meeting Kelly Crowe 9 years ago, when we had inherited a townhouse in one of the Oakhurst subdivisions. The home was to be completely rehabbed, and we were eager to see the inside of the same townhouse and thought that one being listed would be an ideal example for this purpose. We found the home that bore a Baird & Warner sign with Kelly's name on it and promptly phoned her. She was very eager to help us out and met us the same day and showed us the home we had found. We thanked her but indicated we were not in a buying frame of mind at that time but would hold onto her business card for future contact. Well, the townhouse we inherited was extensively rehabbed, and my daughter has been living in it for the past (almost) 9 years. She is an only child, and I am her only parent. There are 35 miles between us, and we both have driven these miles endlessly back and forth. This past Summer of 2016, we finally decided this was the time to be serious about finding me a home and, hopefully, it would be in the same or a neighboring Oakhurst subdivision. and finally put an end to the 70-mile round trip to visit one another. I told my daughter the thing to do was to call that pleasant young woman from B&W who had been so helpful to us 9 years ago. I called Kelly, left a detailed message about our first contact with her 9 years ago, and she promptly called me back ... and, amazingly, said she remembered us! Apparently, Kelly's instinct for retaining potential clients' contact information, along with brief descriptions of said clients, is an excellent source for developing future successful outcomes, for both parties. Kelly was more than happy to accommodate our request to be provided with listings of nearby townhouse properties for us to review and evaluate. This went on for a couple of months and then, because I wanted very much to live in my daughter's subdivision, word came to me that a townhouse end unit, identical to that of my daughter, in her subdivision, even on her street, a few quad rows over, was going to become available. I then promptly looked up this property on zillow.com and found said townhouse, reviewed the photos, and just knew that was the one! I informed Kelly of this property, and she determined there was no listing yet for this property. She approached the seller on our behalf, indicating she had an interested party and was able to secure for us a date and time where we could come inside to see the townhouse first-hand. And so we did, and then again for a second visit, and it was at that visit a decision was made to make an offer to the seller. Kelly tendered that offer, and after a bit of back-and-forth bartering, a selling price for the townhouse was arrived at. Kelly' s intimate knowledge of how these deals work was further reflected in arranging for a house inspection, which more than proved itself useful to us, as a structural defect in an overhead beam in the attached garage was discovered. The repair of this defect fell upon the seller, and the cost was significant and, absent a house inspection, would have fallen upon me. Kelly expertly shepherded us through the entire process from beginning to end, and even though we encountered several false starts as regards our closing date (on the part of the seller), we finally got to closing on January 4, 2017. My daughter and I are absolutely delighted with the purchase, the proximity of my home to hers, and that we had such a wonderful experience with Kelly. She is thorough, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile to achieve the desired result. Without qualification, I would give Kelly Crowe the highest of marks as an outstanding realtor, on top of her game, and someone other buyers and/or sellers should seek out for assistance with their own real estate ventures. She is the best, and we would absolutely use her again, if need be, one day, and would certainly recommend her wholeheartedly Judy | 1/3/2017

Kelly helped me to short sale my home. She ended up spending over a year of her time getting Wells Fargo to accept my short sale. Without her expertise and diligence my home would have foreclosed. I am thankful to her forever and would recommend her to family and friends. She was simply amazing.
