Kelly worked with me twice and the sale on my home. I originally put it up for sale back in 2018 but decided timing wasn't right and took it off the market until June of 2020. Kelly was very understanding about this and didn't push me to keep it on the market. When I decided to relist it in 2020, Kelly was ready and the timing was great. She was very responsive to my questions and followed up on all leads. In addition to being very knowledgeable and knowing the market, she is a genuinely nice and kind person. I'd refer Kelly to anyone wanting to sell their home

We had a very positive experience working with The Crowe Team. This was our first time purchasing and they were so patient and kind educating us through the process and recommending amazing industry professionals such as a mortgage lender, attorney, and home inspection company. We never felt like they were trying to "sell" or push us into a place. We had picky high expectations and it took a while to find the perfect condo, but once we did they sprung into action and got the deal done and we feel very happy with what was negotiated. We appreciated how well they communicated. We were never wondering what was going on or what needed to happen next. We would 100% recommend them

One of the most helpful things about Kelly is how available she is. She always responds quickly to questions and scheduling showings. Kelly is very knowledgeable. She helped us pick the best home location and avoid locations which wouldn't be a good fit for us. She also learned what we are looking for and that helped us choose the right house.

Kelly has been extremely responsive, warm and kind as of our first meeting. As a first-time house-seller on a limited budget for repair and remodel of an early mid-century ranch I had many MANY newbie questions and anxieties, and a tricky schedule to negotiate the entire process. I cannot say enough about Kelly's tireless, expert and immediate responses to my sometimes multiple times per-day calls with sometimes panicked questions about all aspects of preparation, marketing, showing, and selling. As a long-time Geneva resident herself Kelly provides an ?mbedded" knowledge of the area, of buyer's expectations and preferences and potential concerns. With her expert guidance I was able to address those aspects of repair and remodel which were most likely to concern or conversely attract buyers and to hire honest, efficient and highly-knowledgeable contractors as well as to avoid potentially expensive and less useful "fixes". With larger projects addressed quickly through Kelly's contractor contacts early showings yielded some concerns from viewers about cosmetics. Again, Kelly was able to guide me through the most effective and budget-conscious choices for both remodel and repair as well as to price the house correctly. With Kelly leading the charge the house was sold within two months of listing. I'm thrilled to have sold in such a short time, with the minimum of expense and disruption and in retrospect to have been so supported through the process - many warm and relieved thanks to Kelly and the Baird and Warner team!

We did our research in picking a realtor and it REALLY paid off! Kelly was on top of every aspect of our home search and purchase process. Kelly was fast to respond to our inquires, knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in (we were shopping from out of state), and made it a point to accommodate our travel schedules. Kelly is also an awesome negotiator and was super helpful walking us through the buying process and answering our closing questions. Kelly is just the VERY best!! (And we LOVE our new home!)
