Kelly Crowe has been our realtor through the sale of a home and the purchase of a new home upon our return from out of state 4 years later. What makes Kelly our go-to realtor? Because she tells the truth, even when it's hard. Back when the market was at the very beginning of the collapse, we just so happened to need to move out of state at that time. We had put a bunch of money into our townhome renovating it within the prior 5 years before that and had bought it at the high. This was going to be ugly. How did Kelly handle it? She told the truth. She didn't sugar coat anything. She was realistic about how this was going to look. She set our expectations honestly and correctly at the outset.
