From the moment I met Kelly I knew she would work hard to sell my home fast-and she did! She is very friendly, personable and shoots it to you straight. I like that! As a homeowner we tend to get very emotionally attached to our homes and feel buyers should appreciate and pay for things about our home we value, but it's not necessarily or usually what the buyer will value. Kelly is very, very good at explaining what is great and valued about your home and what may not be seen as value-add to a potential buyer. She won't offend you, but she won't sugar-coat it either. She's there to help you sell your home-it's in both her and your best interest! Listen you Kelly, heed her advice, don't take offense and you will not go wrong. I really appreciate Kelly's recommendation to use a Stager for our home. It's very easy to become complacent when decorating and it's amazing what you can produce when viewed through another's professional eye! I used all my own decor, furniture and art. I only made minimal investment into paint for touch-ups and of course, my own time. But it made a world of difference! Kelly followed up on all the showings and drove the sale. My home sold in 12 days! There were multiple offers on the home and I ended up getting list price. My advice to homeowner's getting ready to list is clear the clutter and don't take offense, clean, clean, clean and accept every showing request. It may seen painful but for a short while especially when you sell your home in 12 days instead of 60+! THANK YOU KELLY!
