I was frequently out of town during the preparation of my home for sale and Kelly was always willing to help get someone into the house when I couldn't be there. She would also put me in touch with people to get repairs made or inspections completed in a timely fashion.Kelly knows the local market extremely well; my home had an offer a day before it went on the market, because Kelly gave me great ideas to prep my home and she priced it right.I can't say enough good things about Kelly's work ethic and dedication to making the entire selling process easy.

Kelly is one of the hardest working agents I've experienced, and I've dealt with about a dozen over my career. She took the time to understand the properties pluses, and minuses, and how to overcome possible obstacles. She's honest and forthright, something that can't always be said for people in the real estate game. I would highly recommend her.
