Kelly was with me every step of the way as I bought my first new home. A friend of mine recommended Kelly because she is great with first time home buyers. Kelly made it a point to explain what I should expect from each part of the home buying process. She listened to me and helped me find a home with the features I wanted. We would definitely give Kelly a five star rating. She was a tremendous help in our relocation to the Chicago area. She quickly picked up on our likes/dislikes and arranged for relevant viewings making the most of our limited time during trips to the area. She also provided valuable input when needed, but was not overbearing. She helped us through the contract negotiations and recommended/arranged for numerous thorough inspections. We have had the opportunity to use Kelly Crowe for both a home purchase and home sale. She worked tirelessly for us, showing us a multitude of homes. She knows the market, and the area, we did not, we trusted her fully. She was so intuned to what our needs were. We found a lovely home, Kelly guided us through the offer and negotiation phase expertly. We enjoyed the home from every aspect, size, location, etc. When we were transferred four years later, she worked as hard for our sale. We sold very quickly, a reflection of her hard work and diligence not only in the marketing materials, etc. she developed for the sale, but by her leading us to a desirable property from the very beginning.
