We had been house hunting for nearly 5 months before switching agents to Kelly based on several of our friends recommendations. In hindsight, this was by far the best decision we could have made. When we finally found what we were looking for, Kelly literally dropped everything and put together an offer letter in under 30 minutes. There was no way I was going to let this house slip away and Kelly made sure that it didn't. Kelly is insightful and patient; not pushy and full of buzz words. She kept us on track and wasn't afraid to remind us of what our initial goal was, or other important considerations such as school quality or highway noise. She is also highly respected by her peers. We had a bad experience with our previous agent and our attorney recommended finding a new agent. When we told him who we were going with the first thing out of his mouth was "I'm so happy to hear that. Love, Love, Love, Kelly! You're absolutely in great hands." He was right, we were.
