Kelly was fantastic. She helped us with suggestions for getting our home ready to put on the market, and talked us through the entire process of selling a home. Once we were ready, she got our listing ready and online very quickly. She followed up with potential buyers and returned with feedback for us, so we knew how interested buyers were and if we should make changes to the house. Kelly had great recommendations for other professionals that we needed, including mortgage brokers, lawyers, cleaning services, painters, inspectors, etc. Once we had an offer, Kelly helped us find a new home to buy; she was available to show us houses whenever it fit our schedules, making it easy for us to find a home quickly. And after our offer had been accepted, Kelly was still there, checking that everything was going smoothly; she'd alway let us know where we were in the process, what we had to do to next, and when everything finally went though for our closing. She even checked on us after we moved, just to check how things went. Everything was so easy with her help, and we love our new house. The entire process of selling our home and buying a new one was really easy with Kelly's help. She detailed every aspect of each stage of selling our home without overloading us with too much information. She was always available to answer questions, and was quick to pass on feedback from potential buyers. She was always gave us her honest opinion, too. Once we had an offer, she was ready again to walk us through the steps and all the paperwork for accepting the offer and making our own offer on a house. Kelly was always prepared for anything that came up and helped us handle all the situations we came across; she made the entire process go as smoothly as possible.

Kelly Crowe has been our realtor through the sale of a home and the purchase of a new home upon our return from out of state 4 years later. What makes Kelly our go-to realtor? Because she tells the truth, even when it's hard. Back when the market was at the very beginning of the collapse, we just so happened to need to move out of state at that time. We had put a bunch of money into our townhome renovating it within the prior 5 years before that and had bought it at the high. This was going to be ugly. How did Kelly handle it? She told the truth. She didn't sugar coat anything. She was realistic about how this was going to look. She set our expectations honestly and correctly at the outset.
