"Kelly was very patient with us when viewing homes. She understood early in the process what it is we were looking for, and guided us when inquiring about homes we wanted to view. She was accommodating with our schedule and meeting us separately then taking either of us back to the same home later on. She had great input on how to view the possibilities in homes when we asked, and tolerated our sense of humors very well. We would highly recommend her."

In spring of 2017, my husband and I decided it was time to downsize to our dream home in a very focused area of downtown Geneva. Since Kelly helped us find our first home 9 years ago when we were transferred to Illinois, we of course called her again to find our new home. Kelly went right to work, contacting her colleagues and getting us to properties as soon as they were on the market. Within 2 months, she found us the perfect home. She quickly shifted gears to sell our existing home. We were on the market in days and in early 2018 moved to our new home and sold our existing home! We couldn't be happier with everything Kelly does for her clients.
